The Paloma features a completely solid alder body with elbow cuts and waist contours, a rarity among Duesenberg guitars. Its distinctive diamond inlays and unique offset body shape make it a standout feature. The SSH pickups are connected to a 4-way rotary switch with four positions: front, front + rear (tap), center + rear (tap), and rear. From bright, warm tones to rugged rock sounds, the Paloma offers flexibility for a wide range of musical styles.
Every Duesenberg guitar and bass guitar is treated with another German ingenious: the “Plek” fret dressing machine, ensuring perfect fret height and shape. The frets are computer-cut to within 1/100th of a millimeter for each neck. The Plek system eliminates string buzz, giving your instrument a great feel and sound.
