This is a 1997 American Standard Series guitar. With its 22 frets and 2-point tremolo system, it’s an easy-to-use instrument that incorporates many features that live performers look for!
This particular instrument is in the following condition: the body has dents, scratches, and paint shrinkage. The neck also shows signs of use, including cracks and paint chips.
The frets have about 80-90% remaining, and the truss rod has about 90 degrees of adjustment left in the tightening direction, resulting in a slight forward bow. The truss rod works fine, but it’s stiff and makes a strange noise when turned.
Additionally, there is some chipping in the wood near the rod adjustment hole.
The electronics are working fine. The volume knob and strap pins have been replaced. There is some plating peeling on the 4th string tuning peg washer.
