This solid maple snare drum is made in Ridgeland, South Carolina, USA, and features a 30-degree bearing edge with reinforcement, a Lightning Throw-off strainer, a die-cast hoop, 42 snare wire, and a Permatone coated headstock. It combines the powerful attack and definition characteristic of a Gretsch drum with a mild, acoustic tone and power.
