In response to the trend for darker, more complex cymbal sounds, we’ve added a number of new rounded hammerings, which gives the cymbal a rich, complex overtone, unlike the conventional, linear, and clear AAX sound.
The weight is slightly thinner than the existing model, improving response and suppressing unnecessary sustain. The original sparkling high range is complemented by a mellow low range, resulting in an extremely wide range of harmonic content.
The cups are intentionally left unraveled with a low bell finish, which controls peaky high frequencies and produces a familiar sound.

It has a small bell and is characterized by a dark, open sustain.
The thinner finish produces a rich bass range that is perfectly matched with the lustrous high-frequency components.
The newly added hammering effect produces rich, complex overtones while providing excellent, clear sustain, making this a crash that is easy to get used to and highly playable.
